Bad workmanship

This is the 3rd pair of volkano earphones I have now bought.

The 1st pair stopped working in a day. I thought it might just be a fluke. The 2nd pair took about a month before they stopped. So this pair is the 3rd and I got the phonex headphones and low and behold they don't charge. I would like some from volkano to contact me. I cannot even find a complains email address.
