Volcanocan.com. Or Vango (**** company)

I purchased a professional drone from this company (Volcanocan.com or Vango) and on receipt of the said article was highly disappointed as it was not what was advertised. I contacted the supplier and told them that it was not what I had ordered and the order was incomplete (no batteries included) and totally worthless. After many days of negotiating with a different consultant each time I managed to get a 30 percent refund, which is not to my satisfaction. I am convinced that this is a **** company which also goes under the name of vango. Please be carefull.
