Volkano bag torn and no response

I bought 2 volkano bags, from takealot. On their website, it came with a 2 year guarantee.

In the first year, both bags tore. I was told, to take it up with volkano directly - which I did.

Got absolutely no response from them. Can't find any contact number for them.

Sent a follow-up email - and again no reply.

Schools start in 2 days, and my kids now have to use torn bags, as I get no response from volkano to replace the bags - which is still under warranty!

I bought these bags, because they have a longer warranty, then the other bags - and now I sit with this problem.

Not happy at all.
