Disappointed customer poor quality

Was excited to get my new watch. I absolutely loved the shape size and colour.. I was disappointed to see it had a USB charger as we only had c type to c type cables. Anyway I borrowed my mums cable and the watch charged i set it up and I had fun with it.

However that was the first and last time. The watch refused to charge again. I we an bought on 2 diff occasions other plugs thinking maybe its the plug thats the issue. But ya no..

Very disappointed to say the least
