Refused to pay garments that were looted from your shop

On the 7th of July 2021 my father who is 71 years old went to Volans Master cleaners Selgro Centre with his 3 clothing garments that includes a Card Heavy Jersey, x2 Trousers for washing with the riots that took place in July all these items were ****** or burnt I am not sure but when he went there looking for it after the riots he was told that his clothes were not in the premises and he was given an indemnity to fill in and they said to the old man in order for Volans to reimburse him, he needs to bring in the receipts of the clothes and that is CRAZY, my father bought these items 3 to 5 years ago and he does not have these receipts and when he went back to tell them that he does not have slips, he was told that he won't get any reimbur*****t, my father is old and is suffering from high blood pressure if something can happened to him because of the stress that is caused by Volans Master Cleaners I promise you guys it will go down badly its not a threat it's promise.
