Bad Attitude

This Company happens to be a dry cleaning company. I was getting married on the 1st May 2015. I took my dress and brides**** dress to get washed and or dry pressed whatever they call it in preparation for the day. What i found the night before my wedding that my veil was missing. I therefore had to go buy another veil the morning of the wedding. Then when i rescently called them, they state that, they cannot call up the recepits which where printed when i fetched my dresses. THEY ARE IN THE STORE ROOM THEY CANNOT RETRIEVE THEM. <br> <br> I have tried to call the campany but i speak to a pathetic supervisor lady who is disrespectable and does not want to help me. I am appauld at this service and I would not advise any1 to go to Volans dry cleaners in Pietermaritzburg ever they almost ruined my wedding day and to top it off they do not want to admit that, they lost my wedding veil. <br> <br> Disgusted client.
