To my absolute surprise, Vog’al went above and beyond and arranged to send me a new order in the correct shade completely free of charge. I honestly did not expect that! Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare. Instead of simply hiding behind a returns policy, they listened to my situation and found a way to help me. That kind of service turns a first-time customer into a loyal customer. And the best part is that I genuinely love the product itself. If you're looking for a creamy concealer/coverage product, the Duo Luxury Coverage Set is absolutely lovely. I particularly like the creamy texture and how easy it is to work with. It gives you the ability to build your coverage where you need it, whether you're concealing particular areas or creating a more perfected complexion.
