Disappointed and sad by the cleaning services at this resort

My family and I have been going to this resort for years, I grew up going to this place and this was the first time we've experienced ****** from the cleaning staff ladies. We stayed there for a week and saw the cleaners cleaning each house with white people every day except our house, we spoke to the receptionist to get someone to help us clean as there was no water and there was a LoadShedding schedule which was fine, however we paid for all the services and the cleaning staff completey ignored us each day, after speaking to receptionist the second time there after a rude cleaner came to clean, she spoke to us disrespectfully and only swept and mopped the house, she told us that they are not allowed to wash the dishes however we saw her washing the dishes of the white people next to our house, and when we came here before we had the Cleaners coming to our house every day to clean. When we were checking out this morning the cleaner asked us to clean the house and wash the dishes before leaving. We were absolutely shocked by this, as this is their job and we paid for the service. She then proceeded to ask us to pay her for her services, we then spoke to the receptionist and was told not to worry about it, however the Cleaners were not reprimanded for their ****** behavior and seems to treat all Indians the same, as they believe that we are not aware of the services they provide. We are really sad that we experienced this in a place we've known for years...
