Voete Goete shoe repair shop at Gezina Galleries rude old lady at front desk saying customers speak nonsense thinking customers don't understand Afrikaans

I went to Voete Goete shop opposite Woolworth in November 2018 where they fix shoes at Gezina Galleries to collect my shoes. I told the old lady that I'm not satisfied with how they fixed the second shoe and she said to everyone "I was speaking Lots of nonsense". She said it in Afrikaans thinking that 7 Dont understand Afrikaans.

I even told her I don't mind paying again but she insisted swearing at me in Afrikaans thinking that I don't hear her.
