Voelklip holiday house Disaster

This place was advertised on booking.com. The pictures made the place look great so I booked and paid for a weeks accommodation. I paid the full cost plus cleaning fee plus breakage deposit a month in advance. Upon arrival the place was found to be filthy and we had to clean it before unpacking. So the cleaning fee is clearly being pocketed. The entire place stank like a fire pit and the towels and linen/bedding should have been retired about a year ago. We had to purchase new bedding/linen and towels. Plus the kitchen utensils/pots etc were also filthy. It was terrible and most things were broken (including windows/pots/glasses/coffee machine/ braai fan) We left the place cleaner than we found it and almost 3 weeks later I still don't have my deposit back despite requesting it. AVOID where possible
