Paid for e-Finesse, but never received it

Voelgoedwinkel had a special on their website, you purchase e-Finesse for R156 which includes 12 months of e-Finesse and you received a free e-book every month for 12 months. On the 13th of December, I purchased this and the website went to the online secure payment section. I filled in all my details and made the payment. Then the online secure payment website redirected me to the voelgoedwinkel, but got stuck on the voelgoedwinkel. I tried everything, but nothing happened. When I went back in on the voelgoedwinkel website, it showed that I had an order outstanding and still need to pay. I immediately send them an email, but have not received a response. I then phoned them on the 15/12/15, they told me they had to take my order of the website and replace it, took my email address to confirm, but I still have not received anything. I tried to go back on the website on 16/12/15, but now their website is down. I send them another email on the 17/12/15, but still have not received any response. The money has gone off my bank account, yet I have not received anything from them.
