Paid but not Recieved (since Dec 2015)

Okay so after numerous emails, dated since 14 December 2015 - NO JOY from this business. Paid, immediately, in full, and never received order confirmation - nor order? She rep**** to one email - something about system issues - that was the last? It is unacceptable! Service and communication has big issues on their side! I follow up regularly via email - just receiving \read / not read\" reports?"
