Paid but no product received

I have ordered and paid by EFT for a book from the above online service on the 9th of November 2015. Since the book was in stock at the time, it was indicated to be delivered within a few days. On the 24th of November I send the first email inquiring why my book had not been delivered. The reply was that it was delivered. However, according to the \tracking record"Fedex handed it to a third party as my delivery address was supposedly incorrect. The third party by the name of Anzta definitely does not work anywhere at Wits. Couriers"
