Vodacom failing to fix the mess they have created to open my contract on open line withou my corcen Vusimuzi

Vodacom useless and inexperience staff I bought contract in May on phone call, calling vodacom line I have explained I don't want phone that is more than R250 also space wanted 128gGb.we are agreed and I was told I am gona pay R249 per month, so in July I made call to check whether everything is order I was told my bill so far is R421. When I ask how they all fail to answer just said one sentence you are on open line. I logg the complaint to investigate and told them to listen voice recording, came back with excuses saying unfortunately can't reverse the bill of which no they have deduct R1192 for they are fault. What ever nonsense tell you all our calls are recorded if you want a copy can listen it's bull **** not working I realy regret taking a phone on online.
