I'm honestly tired of this back and forth with Vodacom. I obtained my statement with Vodacom that I have for two numbers and I got billed for items I had previously requested that they cancel a month ago; to top it all off the lady who responded to my call to query this was so rude to me and not helpful at all. I'm really disappointed with this company.
