Disappearing Vodacom Data

On the 28th February 2019, I had 3.12Gb of night owl data. When I woke up on the 1st March 2019, the data had disappeared. I called Vodacom to find out (ref no: 1- ********** ********** ), and was told that they will investigate. On Saturday the 2nd they send me a message telling me that "Night Owl data does not carry over".

This is nonsense to say the least. I have been a subscriber with Vodacom for donkey years and night owl data was rolled over for 60 days just like anytime data. This was happening prior to data rol***** laws by ICASA.
