World of Golf or World of ******s

After hearing rave reviews my family and I decided to go to world of golf this Saturday. Firstly we were at the till entrance and told female attendant that the three adults and three kids were coming for lunch. Then a white manager wearing no mask comes to say the play area is full and there is no seating for adults in the play section, fine we accepted that as the kids were starving. We paid R150 entrance for the kids to stand and wait for non existent service. To cut a long story short we waited outside the restaurant waiting to be seated being ignored by the manageress. We waited another 15 minutes while trying to get waiters attention. He comes to say they are full up. Wait another few minutes a while family comes through and is ushered to a table!!!! shocking lack of service from beginning to end. Staff seemed to look through us and avoid eye contact as if they are too busy. We stormed off and took the kids somewhere else where they could be accommodated and of course World of ******s pockets our World of ******s pockets our R150 for the pleasure of having us stand and wait for service that never came. And apparently it's a Covid free zone in WOR as the restaurant is wall to wall of patrons. Shocking display of blatant ****** and lack of service and lack of sticking to Covid regulations. Thanks for nothing WOR!!!!
