Monthly Debit Orders

I requested for this membership to be cancelled in 2011 already and have now realised that you have still been charging me R69.00 for the past 4 years and 5 months, which adds up to around R3 500? Seriously !!! I am really dumb struck to think that this has been going on for so long. <br> <br> I would like an explanation and a refund please! I have never even received a invoice or statement from you yet I seem to be paying you monthly ????? I have not even been contacted my anybody at *** in the past 4 years yet you feel it necessary to deduct money from me ..... so what exactly is the R69.00 for? <br> <br> I await your response, because this is ****************!!<br> <br> Very unhappy and disappointed<br> Renata
