Double Debit, The arrogance there after

<p>I have been a member at the World for more than 2 years, which I then upgraded from single to family membership. I wokeup this morning, to find that, instead of an upgrade of the membership, the guy went and opened a separate account. Granted, mistakes do happen, but the ARROGANCE I got from Jade, the lady at their finance was shocking, this woman was almost telling me that I should wait for them to pay me when it is convinient for them like made the mistake. She was not even apologetic, she was short of telling me to go to hell wait. When I tried to explain to her what effects this might have to my other debit orders due to go through, she said I should find a way of making sure that those shoud not bounce. I would have been fine had she even tried to pretend like she cared and will do her best to resolve this, BUT NO!</p> <p>I honestly recommend that Jade gets a basic customer service training before she causes alot of damages to the good brand world of golf has created.</p>
