No guessing why my line is still blocked
Good day On 07 October 2026, at 16:20, I got a call from the head office from Vodacom, to inform me that my line will be unblocked, that it should take between 2 - 5 hours, it is now 01: 40 on 08 October 2026, and my line is not unblocked, no guessing why?? It is Vodacom se are talking about. So u would like for a manag or someone who is above a manager, like a senior manager to phone me regarding this issue, perhaps he or she will be able to resolve this issue before I take it to a higher level, which means that I will have to go to your head office and demand that I speak to the CEO to resolve this issue, as I am getting very frus6and angry, ax I had issues with my *** in the past, why is it that one must always resort to threaten people for them to resolve an issue. I hope that we can resolve this in a good and clean manner before I take this further. I thank you. Regards. Marius Cronje

Both networks mtn and vodacom towers signals are very weak in rand street ***amas. The trees are in they way. That is why the network is flipfloping. It was reported and nothing has been done for the past 10 years
