Hello, are you out there???

We have unresolved issues with QVC regarding lifelong membership. We are trying to cancel our timeshare to no avail, even though we have a contract with an opt out clause that we signed at inception. Thoroughly frustrated, I decided to ask VOASA for mediation or at least some clarity. I contacted their website and collected an email address [Email Removed] on 24 March 2016. Emailed them the whole sob story along with supporting documents. By 5 April I sent a followup mail, asking if they received my complaint - I still have had no reaction from them. Why would an organisation like this, a so-called watchdog , have an email on their website (the only email address by the way) that is not monitored?<br> A week or so later, I actually went onto VOASA website [URL Removed] us/) and filled in the section on the contact us page and explained that I was not getting any feedback from them for this request of mine and asking for some kind reaction - the only reaction I got was the sounds of silence!!.
