False advertising, lack of customer skills and the list goes on

Please note that this review is not to get my monies back but to warn other potential clients from this business.

On Saturday morning the 08th of May with excitement my wife and I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Looked at two options, diagnostic checked both and took both for a test drive decided on the vehicle we were happy with. When it came to signing the contract we were informed that they are waiting for the license and registration from the bank that the car was bought from understanding this we requested this be stated in the contract which was done. Very happy with the purchase and excited to drive monies paid contract signed. We drove 18km from the dealership to my in laws house drove so well stopped the vehicle and upon wanting to leave a while later the car was dead stuck in Park not starting we immediately called the sales person who assisted us, this is where our nightmare begin was around half past twelve. This person informed us that this has never happened he would have to call his boss and get back to us we waited and waited no call back from him in fact after everything he has not called us back once we have to be the ones to call after them every single time. He was of no help we eventually through a lot of calls and finding every possible employee owner manager who works for this company had assistance at 18H00 the evening when they brought a courtesy vehicle which we insisted on. The car we bought was standing in front of a gate and they were suppose to have a tow truck remove it away, unfortunately they came with a Vito Bus which was not acquitted to tow the broken vehicle. They then towed a F30 BMW automatic with 4 locked wheels by force into my in laws yard leaving it there until they could come up with a solution in the morning. Next morning my father in law arranged a tow truck to have the vehicle towed to their premises upon their request. All this happening with little to no communication or assistance from any or all persons involved in this company. We have passed several messages on requesting feedback as to how to go forward with no answers no messages or calls regarding this situation. Please also note that the specific vehicle was advertised with a mileage of 147 000km which is also what the odometer reading showed but upon some investigation we found the service records in the car with the car being serviced last in 2019 with a reading way above 187000km which means that somewhere someone was giving us a false statement of the state of the vehicle.

We are busy with legal steps against this company but felt the need to share this horrible experience with anyone interested in buying or supporting this company.
