DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM!!!!

motors that night and stated to him the current issues on the vehicle and he said I should bring the vehicle back and they would replace the battery of the vehicle and asses the alarm situation but for the time being I must jump start the car which I did. I went to the dealership on the 21st of December 2019 where I met with sumendran naidu brother of preshalan part owner who drove with me to Volkswagen to replace the battery, and took me to 2 other places to run diagnostics on the car to see what was wrong with the alarm system and what was wrong. Nothing was resolved at the time and the alarm was still the same.

I tried numerous times at the end of December 2019 to be in contact with either 3 persons from VNS motors but had no luck as they were not in office. On the 22nd and 23rd of December 2019 I was in contact with sumi to assist me in taking the vehicle back as it was giving me too many problems and he then referred me back to Zaheer desai to assist me. In the beginning of January 2020 I got a hold of Sandy (the F&I) and Denver the owner of Yellowstone dealers where I had signed my contract. They had assured me that at the start of business on the 7th of January 2020 they will get zaheer on the line and try to assist me as much as possible in regards to getting all these issues resolved. On the 04th of January 2020 zaheer had rep**** to my numerous whatsapp messages that had been sent in December 2019. I had stated to zaheer on the 04 of January 2020 that “I do not want this vehicle anymore as it is giving too many problems I had stated to him that within 2 weeks of having the vehicle its already been giving me so many issues, the engine light had come on the morning of new year’s 2020, the back left hand side door had opened on the N1 whilst in motion, my wife and 6 month old son were sitting next to the door, the alarm was still a issue and I cannot take the vehicle anywhere as I have to leave the back door open so that the car does not lock and trip the alarm, the car loses power due to a gearbox issue, the steering wheel shakes whilst driving, when all the windows and sunroof is closed there is a air leak coming from the sunroof, the car also leaks a lot of motor oil. He had stated to me all this is new to him and he did not know of all these issues, I had had also sent pictures of error messages shown on the dashboard. He had stated to me that he would be back in office on Monday the 6th of January 2020.

On the 6th of January 2020 he had a meeting with the owners of VNS motors and stated to me that ‘ unfortunately he cannot do a return on the vehicle as enough time was given for viewing and for me to make a decision. Legally we are not doing anything wrong by saying that as the roadworthy only stated front brakes to be done which we did replace and a bit more (which I do not know off) and another point is that the car was sold R50 000 below the current selling below the current selling price on the market’. This thread was from his message on whatsapp.

After this messages was sent to zaheer and having no luck with him I had decided to be in contact with sandy and denver of Yellowstone dealership for assistance. They were very helpful in the beginning, I had returned the vehicle to Yellowstone on the 07th January 2020 were talks with held with Zaheer telephonically in regards to solving the issue I was having.

I had stated to Yellowstone that I do not want the vehicle anymore and they should take it back as it is unfit to serve the purpose I had purchased it for. They had advised me that returning the vehicle would be a long process and that I should rather afford them the opportunity to fix the vehicle as stipulated by the CPA, I we had agreed upon affording VNS motors to fix the vehicle and Yellowstone had advised to me go out to the vehicle and make a checklist of all the issues that the vehicle had been giving me, I had steeped out to the vehicle with my wife and kids and brother in law. Yellowstone had provided me with a checklist to mark all the issues that was visible.

I had marked all the issues on the vehicle as stipulated and gave the checklist back to VNS and Yellowstone to sort out. Yellowstone had assured me that they would get all the receipts of all the work that was done and they would be provided to me, when I had phoned zaheer to get communication of what is actual happening because hadn’t been happening for quite a while I had asked him to provide me with the receipts and proof of all the worj that was done he stated that he cannot provide me with any documentation as we must trust him. Yellowstone had assured me that they would do a diagnostics run before and after the vehicle was fixed and that they would take the vehicle to VAG motorsport to check if all the parts that were replaced were all original and proper. It took VNS 13 days to fix my vehicle and I was left without transportation so I had to take leave from work from the 22nd of January 2020 till the 28th of January 2020 as I didn’t have any money or means of transportation to get to work. This was not done as the vehicle was delivered to me by zaheer on the 20th of January 2020 with only a piece of paper that could have been printed by anyone ( all the relevant documentation would be provided tomorrow as I do not have these with me at the present moment). On the 20th of January 2020 approximately 2-3 hours after having the car I had taken my son to the clinic down the road from my house and as I had parked the car in the parking lot the alarm started to the same thing again so I video recorded the incident and sent it to him whatsapp and I had phoned zaheer and stated to him that the car is doing the same thing again. When I drove the car home I had washed the car myself and as I threw water on the roof I just had a thought that I should check the inside roof to see if there isn’t any leaks and to my surprise there was water leaking through the sunroof, I had phoned zaheer the same time and stated I do not want the car anymore and he should take it back so he stated that he would replace the car with another.
