VAG Motorsport Key Theft / Misplacement

VAG motorsport which is a company that does body spraying and painting as well as autostyling in Northlands just off Witkoppen provides the worst service, do not bring your car here. My husband brought his company security car here for spraying of the rims and installation of security lights, when the job was done he was called to come and collect the car. When he arrived, the workshop manager by the name of Ignatious told him that they have misplaced the key. He arrived at 13:00 and was only informed around 15:00 that the key is lost, the whole time nothing was being said to him, he was just waiting. When he probed the workshop manager about the whereabouts of the key, the workshop manager told him that he doesn’t know where the key is, he refused to explain how the key got lost and refused to issue a job card as well. Ignatious simply told him that he will call a locksmith tomorrow morning and get us a new key. The workshop manager was so rude and arrogant in the manner in which he addressed us and made us feel very uncomfortable. We have been forced to leave the car there and collect it tomorrow morning when the locksmith arrives, however the fact remains that they have lost our key and refuse to explain how this happened.
