Negligent and Unsafe.

I genuinely don't know how this place is still operating. From start to finish our experience has been nothing short of disasterous. What should have been a simple , straight forward repair turned into weeks of frustration, NEGLIGENCE, and out right disregars of our safety.

Our vehicle was signed off to be returned to us with loose brake caliper bolts! A mistake so severe it could have cost us our lives. This level of incompetence is shocking.

Communication? Almost non-existent. Promises? Never kept. Accountability? Meh

If you value your time and money, especially your safety?!! Avoid this place.
