BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VMB MERC SPARES

We contacted them on the 11 march 2024 for a quote on several items they could only help with the "right rear door closing module" should have been, they supp**** us with the "pillar cover"only and it was not for the right side they sent the left side without the module.

On the 2nd April i requested a quote on a boot lock for the same vehicle which i then paid. The goods arrived the following day and once again disappointed as the boot lock was faulty this we know as we used another boot lock to test if the boot had a wiring issue but it worked perfectly. I then contacted VMB to tell them i will be sending these items back as it is not in working order and not what we requested ( pillar cover).

VMB recieved the goods back on the 9 April and they said payment has been loaded. I have requested my refund many a time and they excuses every time. "Payment is loaded "but until today 16 April 2024 i have not recieved my refund.
