VM Benches - consumer beware

Worst experience ever! These people took me for such a ride. I had a bench chair made with VERY CLEAR measurements and they got it completely wrong! They swopped the measurements around and it unded up being a very short and wide bench chair. Actually ridiculous that a company who supposedly specialise in these things can't see that it doesn't look right, one doesn't have to be an expert to see that it does not look like a bench chair. I was told by Robert Myberg that they'll make a new one. Again I emailed him the measurements, literally clearly specified on a picture! After constantly being ignored, my husband dealt with someone else at VM Benches. We had to send drivers up and down countless amounts of times! Eventually got the chair again, and all they did was made the feet longer on the existing bench chair, and the adjustments are visible! Plus the measurements are STILL wrong, the chair is still way too wide and NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Besides the measurements being completely wrong, the quality of work is exceptionally poor, the surface hasn't been smoothed properly, loads of imperfections showing, and the paint work is a disaster. There's hair, dirt and dust in the paint! It looks revolting. I am extremely unhappy with this chair. My calls and emails are blatantly being ignored, and they delete complaints and comments from their Facebook page. The work they're advertising is definitely not theirs. Cosumer beware!
