VLS LOGISTICS - disappointing, unprofessional and dishonest

The company is run and managed by the most dishonest and unreliable people. I placed and paid for an order a week ago and was promised delivery the very next day. This did not happen. After 3 days of calling them, emailing them, texting them with no response, I requested to cancel my order. This they acknowledged telephoncally. In writting they promised to refund my money on the 31st July. This has not happened. The money is still not in my account. They only respond with lies after I threatened to open a ***** case against them. VLS Logistics doesn't not respond on time and they keep giving false information, their contact person is Stefan.
