Vloedbos, pathetic service!!!

I had a booking and the dates fell within the national lock down. We are a party of 20 so its quite a mission to get everyone to avail themselves on the same date, with a bit of reshuffling we decided on an alternative date as we really did not want to cancel. Vloedbos was unable to accommodate us with the same catering units and offered us alternative accommodation unit which was more expensive. I explained to them that this was out of our budget and because we are a large group we cannot all get off from work for another date, other than the alternative date I already provided them with. I requested a refund and explained to them that the because of lock down the consumer protection act allows for refunds in this scenario even though they don't do it in normal circumstances.There response was that they don't do refunds and they closed until after lock down. Not once has Vloedbos confirmed that they will be closed for admin, instead their email confirmed that if they don't receive a response by the 18th April you will loose your deposit. Yet magically they were closed when a refund was requested. Completely disgusted by their service and lack of customer etiquette. Will definitely not be refereeing them to anyone.
