Beautiful Setting, Unfriendly Atmosphere – Not Family-Friendly

The location is stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and wonderfully tranquil, with the joy of being surrounded by nature and watching the birds. However, our experience was deeply marred by the attitude of the staff toward our children.

Unfortunately, the staff were incredibly rude, and when we raised our concerns with the owner, the response was disheartening. The owner explained that the staff are trained to be strict and to assume the worst of children, which we found unreasonable and unapologetic. The accusations against our children were unfair and delivered with blatant disrespect and disregard for their feelings.

It’s a shame because this place has the potential to be a favorite holiday destination. Sadly, the unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere from management makes it unsuitable for families. We won’t be returning and cannot recommend it to parents looking for a child-friendly environment.
