Poor quality dried meats

If I could give one star I would. --- This is the msg I sent to them on their facebook page. -- Your products are exceptional, however sorry to say my last experience not so great. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. I understand certain things are needed, but just the way things were handled - well it's not ok in my book. --- Then almost immediately I get a private msg back from them basically threatening me with legal action because I posted something negative on their page. Well excuse me -- I feel wrong is wrong. Am I right or am I right. -- Another thing since when is it a crime for a customer to review something... I did not even say anything shamefull here.

-- where it's their products that are at fault here - I am a customer. -- Basically in a nutshell I received products that were stale and not very fresh tasting. I did not have any info for them to be able to assist me really as I did not have any, but I kept being treated like I am the bad guy here. My aim actually was merely to inform them to be cautious with product packaging and shipping. But no from the get go I was being attacked as if I am being untruthfull.
