extremely dissapointed

Took a taxi at 6:30 from Lenasia station to Vlakfontein,had to wait for 7pm before the taxi left to Vlakfontein,while on the way the driver changed and said he can't take me to vlakfontein anymore,he will take me to Soweto because he stays in Pimville his name is Siyabonga and he drives a white taxi with a dash of maroon. I told him I wanna go home but he too a route to Soweto instead,had to jump out and run to the garage at night and worse I'm a women in the middle of nowhere and he left me there,had to call an ubber to take me home. I knew what he did was wrong so the next day I went to the taxi rank before work and told quemashall what had happened and he said they will talk to him and I should come back the next day for feedback.Today I went there before work to get my feedback and the guy who wanted to kidnap me was there too and alots of other drivers.The was only one guy who took my complaint seriously and all the other guys just made it sound like a joke and laughed at me I've never felt so stupid in my life it was as if it a norm that drivers can just take us to their house or wherever they wanna take us because they get away with everything. I'm hurt so bad and will never feel safe when taking a taxi,i feel like my life and the life of other women out there is in danger but to them it was just a joke.
