Bad service from Manager

Very cold, unfriendly and unprofesional shopping experience at VKB Polokwane branch. Manager and Floor assistants makes you feel unwanted and as an irretation.

Pricing is way out of market and also pricing on shelves incorrect. When I made a query, I was told that the "regular" customers are used to the system. That's the way it is. Well thanks VKB. I will shop somewhere else. Sorry mr Manager - like you said that's the way it is.
