VK Innovations is a ****

I ordered a combo set from VK Innovations 3 weeks ago, they promised me it will arrive in 2-5 days and nothing has arrived. I followed up and was told my order was delivered to the wrong address and they were struggling to retrieve it. Since then I must have called over 20times and each time they claim someone will call me back,no one has called. It looks like they have now blocked me. I think they are a ****, it looks like they started out running a legit business but now have resorted to ******** people as I have read comments and there are people like me who paid but didn't receive their orders.
