They operate from two sites, Jet Park and OR Tambo and are a Pop and Son business. And then there’s their Nikki du Toit?! They are BOSCH agents, hence my approaching them. Mid last year they did a belt change for me and later that year a transmission seal replacement on an old model MB, all the jobs were done excellently by their Portuguese mechanic. This year I contacted them (7th Jan) for a lambda sensor replacement and 2 days later I gave the go ahead to get them and contact me when I could come in for the replacement. Between then and 6th Feb I was continuously fobbed off or ignored, I made calls, sent WA messages and emails asking what the status was. I was ignored by both Nikki and Son on a few occasions, and the supplier was blamed for non-delivery on those occasions when they did respond to me. In frustration I contacted another BOSCH dealership and they obtained my sensors in less than 48 hrs, and installed it while I waited (only 1 hr), the following day! I have come to understand that I spent too little with Vizzini (only R6401.50 on 3 visits) to be of any importance, and more troublingly I was only good enough as long as it took for me to praise them to the BOSCH customer satisfaction surveyor who called me at their prompting. Truth be told, they were very good up until January 2020 but their attitude to customers is unpredictable, jaundiced and strange. Be warned if you’re considering using this Co.
