VIZIA Mini DC UPS Warranty

I bought the VIZIA Mini DC UPS Medium through takealot and it lasted less than 10 months. I paid R1,500 for the product and see now on takealot latest reviews it appears to be the norm that they barely outlast the warranty! It's a disgrace that such products are allowed to be distributed in SA; the amount of waste generated - I feel like reporting you to the Department of Environment!
