Waste of my money spent at Vizi Beauty

I recently purchased a groupon voucher for a Vizi Beauty manicure and pedicure. The voucher specified that you could book appointments Mondays-Saturdays. However, when I called in to redeem my voucher I was told that their Saturdays are fully booked up until the 21st of May. As I work full-time during the week, it is not possible for me to come in any other day than on a Saturday. This company allowed customers to book vouchers that expire after three months while knowing that they were already fully booked on Saturdays. When I asked the women on the phone what I should do, she just said she can't hep me with a lot of attitude and informed me that there is nothing she can do. When I asked if I could then at least come in an book for May, she said no, the voucher expires by then. She made absolutely no attempt to accommodate me, and it was an absolute waste of my money. I will never recommend another person to go to Vizi beauty. This was the first manicure + pedicure I ever purchased, and I am absolutely disgusted by Vizi beauty's service. They made no attempt to help me and were very nonchalant. That is not the way you build a long lasting client base. Absolutely disgusted!!<br>
