Bad Management and Careless Staff
Left a charger for my watch when I checked out. It was confirmed that they have put the charger at the lost and found items however one of the staff members threw it away as she didn't know what it was for. A lady by the name of Lihle Ndlovu said to be the owner of the Guesthouse said the only way to get my item back was to open a case since she can't make her staff to pay for my item. So when things are misplaced at that Guesthouse, the owner just doesn't care with an attitude.
