I placed an order on 7 November 2022, paid and received order confirmation Order No.***0 Plased on Nov 08,2022 - Hi Mev Stoffberg, We're getting your order ready to be despatched. We will notify you when it has been shipped. I followed up via email. 5 DEC 2022, I asked about the order which have been 22 working days since I received confirmation, and according to the order tracking not been shipped yet. They rep**** back. To pls eccept their sincere apologies and sincerely regret the delay, and will rush the order progress. Soon you will get your order. I have been following up weekly after that with no reply from them at all and if I go to my order in the website it still shows "Your package will be shippex out ASAP
