Do not buy from this store!!!!

My daughter found her matric farewell dress at this store on 6th Dec 2014. I paid the same day and took the dress home. On the 2nd January, now a month after my daughter has had the dress at home, I received a call from the store manager telling me another mom had come into the store and put down deposit on the same dress. They could hear my daughter crying and said she must not worry, they will not sell the dress to that mom, they will call her and tell her to come collect her R2 000. But then on 4th January, I received a call from the store owner, telling me I must bring my daughters dress back and select another dress from her store as they had sold the dress to that other mom. I was furious. I told the store owner I was on my way to the store, by the time I arrived the owner left. I stayed at her store until she returned, 2 hours later. she refused to speak to me inside her store, she asked security to escort me to their office, when I refused she had me escorted by physical force, I have bruises to prove it. An advocate from the crowd came forward to give me his details incase I needed a witness. They held me in their office for over an hour, eventually police came.
