Vivo wants me to take their fall for their staff

I've had horrible service from head office for weeks. can someone call me urgently...the WhatsApp Line has no response.

Your Regional Manager ,Lesego has wasted time, for weeks to come back and say "matter resolved" only to find out When I ask , that it's not resolved. He was just being very ********* in his communication and representing Viva SA as having 0 integrity

Your staff doesn't know your products, now I'm expected to take the fall for that. nope.

I'd like to talk to Head office, about my neglected concern reported weeks ago and still not resolved.

Perhaps get Lesego's senior to talk to me.Lesego says he resolved my matter with other people.notbing resolved... please inbox me for my number
