From Hero to Zero

I've had my new Vivo y12s for a year now. At first it was fast and I was very happy with it, then it seems like it's gone extremely slow. I can't even operate the phone with out it lagging. I've factory reset it and updated its software, but it still doesn't work. It comes with this "robust" "ultra gaming mode" and comes with pubg mobile already installed, but pubg doesn't even work on it anymore. In fact, Google play has now said that they don't think pubg will work on my device anymore.. it seems like they made a nice flashy phone and then when they got their money, they just stopped support for it. I'm left with a phone that, (as I'm typing this review) is lagging. I'm gatvol. I've recommended this phone to so many people already and now I regret getting it....
