Vivi's Weaves and Wefts.

Vivis Weaves and Wefts its an online business that sells clothes and weaves. their instagram handle is Vivi's_weaves_and_wefts. Their page says No Exchanges and No refunds. delivery time is 3 weeks. The online store sells pre ordered clothes.

I orderd on the 27th of May 2018 and my order was only delivered on the 5th of July which was after three weeks.

I ordered 1 pair of shoes which was R999, boots R1300, Fur jacket R880, Coat R750. when my order was delivered i told Sibongile Dlungane that the shoe is of poor quality and one side is smaller than the other. Sibongile advised me that there is nothing they can do as a shop. This is their product i've paid money for it and if its faulty its my own baby they can't even apologise for their own mistake. In my own opinion this whole online pre order business is just a ****.The reason why i am saying that is because they use your money to order the items you pay the whole amount upfront. The photos you see on instagram are of good quality but only to find that your order is a chinese poor quality product and you even pay a premium for it. I dont want to get into many details for now. My complaint is about a pair of shoes that i cant even wear because one side is smaller than the other and the supplier says nothing can be done but yet i paid a thousand rand for it.

If there was any space for attachments i was going to attach the pictures as well as our conversation where i was begging them to take back the shoes and exchange it for something else or even fix the same shoe.

If this gets resolved i will remove this review as i dont want to destroy black owned businesses but at the same time it is important to respect your customers.
