WORST COMPANY TO PURCHASE FROM

Recently (05 May 2019) my fiancée purchased shoes from Vividress (SA). We struggled for weeks to get Vividress to deliver the shoes (this is after they **** about having couriered the shoe in the first place).

When the shoe arrived, it was the wrong size. Vividress supp**** us with a shoe size we did not order (as per our invoice) and clearly does not fit. Then the real struggle began! Trying to get a hold of any Vividress representative after you've purchased something from them is nearly impossible!

Eventually we got a hold of Abueng and Fientje (Vividress online support) and informed them about the issue. Vividresses response to our compliant was that we should just wear the shoes as it was imported and would take long to ore-order new shoes. Pathetic!

To this day, Vividress has failed to contact us and clearly ignores all our emails as the sale is complete. They've received their monies.

I would not recommend that anyone purchases from this company, who clearly is trying to **** people out of money.

Now, we've resorted to reporting Vividress to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Officer of the Consumer Protector.

We find it unacceptable that Vividress continues to **** people.
