Did not deliver dress!! Paid in FULL

I did order dress 2911, they was suppose to deliver it on the 20th October, I did send some e-mails without any respond!! I did pay R2930 with R85 delivery cost!! What now!!! We are leaving for the wedding on Saturday I was suppose to wear the dress!! NO dress NO money!!
