I have ordered a dress from ViviDress - an South African online company that sell wedding dresses. The first mishap that I have encountered was when I paid. There was a R300+ difference between what I was charged and what was deducted from my account. This was not admin charges nor a difference in the currencies. I do not know what was it for. Then I received the dress. What a disappointment - Poor, Poor, Poor and Cheap, Cheap quality for the almost R3000 that I paid. I would not have paid even a quarter of what I paid for the what I received. Poor fabric, different colour, different pattern from what appeared. Between ordering and receiving the dress, there was constant contact from this company. The minute I expressed my dissatisfaction and intent to return the dress, no response was ever received.
