bad quality images

i had a photo shoot for my birthday which i paid R3700 for. i received my pictures and when i had a look at it, it was unedited, the pictures was purely ugly. i then requested better quality pictures and i haven't received any response, i sent an email yesterday and still no response, or i simply want a refund because there is nothing i can do with those images they useless... for the price i paid i expected beautiful styling and quality pictures.. i am still awaiting for the edited images...
