Vivid Chaos!!!
I booked a holiday to Seychelles and paid 2 months in advance in full. When I arrived in Seychelles I was told by their supplier that I will not be going to the 5 star hotel I booked and paid for but rather to another hotel which I found to be a 4 star hotel. They said I will stay there for half the holiday and then be taken to the correct hotel for the other half of the stay. This holiday was booked for my birthday which was ruined by all the carting luggage up and down and we never got to enjoy the 5 star hotel to the fullest. I immediately emailed Vivid Holidays (Beauty) and she said the blame was on their suppliers who over booked the hotel and when I tried to contact her again she and her customer service department ignored my emails and complaint. I never got a reimbur*****t of my money as I requested many times from them. I will never book with them again!

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Once again our sincere apologies. As explained at the time this was due to circumstances beyond our control our supplier was paid in advance and vouchers were issued in advance and sent to you.
We understand that you were unable to check-in at the Hilton Northolme due to hotel being overbooked, so they had to reallocate you to Savoy Hotel for 4 nights. Then back to the Northolme hotel on 17/11/2022 for 3 nights. We followed up with our supplier as this was not acceptable.
After being back and forth with our supplier and the Hilton we sent you an email on the 16/11/2022 asking if you were happy with what the hotel had offered. Which was below and we did not receive any responses. The hotel provided complimentary as follows. • Complimentary upgrade in a King Beachfront Villa at Hilton Northlome for 3 nights• Complimentary board upgrade to full board• Complimentary boat transfer to the island• Complimentary Romantic bed decoration and a romantic bath once during stay Moreover, the hotel was in contact with you directly regarding your satisfactory.
