*Record every meeting, both video and audio! Adhere to your end of the contract 100%! Take your own pictures before and after!

They let the owner fall behind on his electricity bill by 13 months resulting in me loosing electricity, despite my own account being up to date, right in the middle of my university exams! Two weeks later, the issue was still not resolved, mostly due to the fact that they had placed 1 phone call during this entire period and it was to the incorrect department. I then had to resolve the issue myself. They are woefully ***********! Their communication is abysmal! They spelt my name incorrectly, despite multiple corrections from myself. They used an out-of-date version of adobe to create my account statements every month so i was unable to view them. I informed them thusly and was met with stunned confusion at the matter. They refused to change the format of my account for over 4 months of constant nagging on my side. Say goodbye to your deposit in advance and record every meeting you have with them! They threatened me with legal action on many occasions but became very friendly when I took my phone out to record their harassment. They are intellectually challenged, money driven, *********** individuals masquerading as a legitimate real estate company. I am left with nothing but contempt for my experience dealing with them so I warn anyone in the market for a property to stay away from them at all costs!

p.s. I hope that Dawn reads this as I believe that she is the worst out of all.
