VIVAPETS... STAY AWAY

First order placed with them, heard about their product from my aunt, Plaque off. Urgent buy as have tried almost everything on my aging yorkies teeth. According to them it takes 9 to 21 working days on items shipped to South Africa. It has however already been 24 working days, last update on tracker was 25 Jan when the order was despatched. I have emailed multiple times, WhatsApp'd and tried to phone them and received no reponse whatsoever. Will never order from them again. Their customer service is non existent, they can't even reply or keep customers updated regarding their shipment or order. If you are from SA, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Apparently their service is good in some other places according to some reviews but I doubt it. Probably people being paid to comment.
